Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs fully, using evidence-based practices.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, aiming to promote wellness and enhance emotional resilience.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, focusing on personal growth and interpersonal dynamics.

• Track client progress and adapt treatment goals as necessary, maintaining an open dialogue with clients to foster transparency and trust.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, especially for clients facing mobility challenges or geographic barriers.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices in documentation.

• Participate in regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with current trends and to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current, active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating competence in various therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
