Job Details We are seeking a Permanent Insurance Coverage Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on insurance defense. Responsibilities Provide legal representation to our clients in matters related to insurance coverage and defense. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on various insurance coverage issues. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Conduct and defend depositions, interrogatories, and other discovery requests. Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop strong defense strategies. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance coverage and defense. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Texas State Bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and defense. Proven experience in legal writing, deposition handling, and court representation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound legal judgments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
