Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team and help support day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Business who want hands‑on experience and career development in corporate accounting. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Review purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for matching and approval Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and checks) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally Maintain organized financial records and documentation Assist with month‑end closing activities and reporting Support accounting and finance projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Internship or office experience is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr Kinetic Personnel Group, Inc
