Job Description
We are seeking an individual with supervisory and leadership experience, as well as strong mental health clinical training and experience to lead a team of 2-3 therapists in implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in Georgetown, SC.
MST is a well-researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their family. Interested persons may locate information about this treatment model on the internet at Duties include:- clinical and administrative supervision for therapists on team,
- liaison with key collaborating agencies and with leadership inside the provider organization,
- providing ongoing evaluation and staff development for therapists,
- and interfacing with MST expert consultants.
