TBS Technical Specialist

Our long-term, Dallas, TX-based client is seeking a TBS Technical Specialist to join their Transportation Business Systems team. This is a new position created due to growth, focused primarily on application development, system integrations, and technical support. This is a 1 year-contract-to-hire position working fully on-site during the contract term.

COMP : $55/HR range, depending on candidate experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, queries, and database solutions to support business operations.
• Create, modify, and support Crystal Reports to meet reporting and analytical requirements.
• Develop and maintain system integrations using SSIS, IBM Integration Broker, APIs, etc.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, reporting, and integration issues.
• Monitor integration processes and ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide production support and respond to system incidents and service requests.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Full Stack and/or Backend Developer experience with .NET, JavaScript, & SQL
• Experienced at creating and maintaining Crystal Reports
• Experienced developing and supporting integrations using:
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • IBM Integration Broker (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise
  • REST and SOAP APIs
• Database design, data modeling, and data analysis experience
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration methodologies
• Experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues
