Position Responsibilities Provide high-energy, strategic oversight for 5 to 6 high-volume locations across premier South Florida destinations. Champion a people-first culture by actively coaching, mentoring, and developing a robust pipeline of future leaders. Master the numbers—utilizing sharp financial acumen to optimize labor models, scheduling, and comprehensive cost analysis. Command the chaos of rapid expansion by flawlessly executing New Restaurant Openings (NROs). Operate with total autonomy, managing your own calendar and priorities with elite organizational skills. Immerse your stores in the local community to ensure the brand remains a fun, exciting, and culturally relevant staple. Position Requirements Experience: 3+ years of successful multi-unit leadership within a top-tier fast-food or full-service concept. Financial Scope: Direct oversight of a portfolio generating at least $4M+ in volume. Track Record: Clear history of upward career progression and a passion for developing internal talent. Operational Drive: Flexibility to commit to a rigorous 6-day work week to support this explosive launch phase. Location: Local candidates preferred, but open to the right relocator.
