Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll be a vital connection between customers, vendors, warehouse operations, and the sales team, helping ensure exceptional service and seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and inside sales support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners
• Support outside sales representatives in managing and growing customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate UPS, freight, and LTL shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
• Operate a forklift to safely move materials and inventory as needed
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Maintain organized records and efficient workflow processes
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or office administration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide professional, responsive, and solution-oriented customer support
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing responsibilities effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 pounds
