Location: Alameda, CA (4 days onsite)

You will define and execute the product analytics and data science strategy that ensures our organization makes the best data-driven product decisions at scale. You will partner with the business leaders to drive impact, leading the analytics team and building our analytics capabilities. You will utilize data to achieve strategic objectives and closely monitor industry trends.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Product Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Serve as Product Owner for the Lingo Data Platform, defining strategy, requirements, priorities, and roadmap execution.
• Own and drive the AI, Data Science, and Analytics roadmap, including the development of customer-facing capabilities and AI-powered experiences.
• Oversee the design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production machine learning models and analytical solutions.
• Serve as Product Owner for the Product Analytics ecosystem (Amplitude), ensuring scalable measurement frameworks and actionable insights.
• Champion a data-driven culture through experimentation, analytics best practices, measurement frameworks, and evidence-based decision making.
• Define, own, and monitor divisional and product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive product, customer, and growth strategies.
• Identify and leverage emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices to accelerate innovation and business impact.
• Mentor and coach team members, establishing clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting professional development and career growth.
• Build organizational capability in data science, analytics, experimentation, and AI across the company.
• Tech Stack Databricks, Python, SQL and Azure stack
