Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while supporting patients and families in the San Diego area. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, engaging with clients through phone consultations and video sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide individual and family counseling sessions that help clients cope with the challenges associated with serious illness and end-of-life care.

  Offer crisis intervention as required, responding effectively to urgent emotional situations while maintaining accurate documentation.

  Deliver support and guidance to families over the phone or via video consultations, enabling them to engage meaningfully in their loved one's care.

  Maintain all state licensure requirements and continuously engage in professional development activities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
