Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a vital role in our pediatric services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child’s specific circumstances.

• Monitoring client outcomes as part of a collaborative team, ensuring effective communication among all parties involved.

• Providing direct support to families, equipping them with the knowledge and resources necessary to enhance their child's development.

• Administering evaluations and assessments according to Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

• Building trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and nurturing environment.

• Developing joint plans with families, utilizing evidence-based practices and the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Implementing customized IFSPs based on child development status while addressing family priorities and concerns.

• Utilizing coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to foster development.

• Ensuring the health and safety of all clients and staff by adhering to stringent standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise will help guide these young children in acquiring essential skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. By working closely with families, you will empower them to support their children's growth and development, making a significant impact on their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
