Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services directly to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both within the office setting and in the community.

• Uphold professional ethical guidelines and codes of conduct, ensuring all interactions with clients and colleagues are respectful and productive.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings to evaluate needs and develop comprehensive care plans in conjunction with clients.

• Deliver a range of preventative, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Assist with crisis intervention and provide timely support during client emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely documentation of client progress and necessary reporting as required by our organizational standards.

• Participate in quality improvement committees, contributing insights to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
