This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing invaluable support to clients primarily residing in California. Although you will operate from a remote setting, you will be part of a closely knit team that frequently collaborates to address client needs and ensure the highest standards of care. Our detox center serves as the integrated facility for our therapeutic processes, ensuring you have access to necessary resources and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients, utilizing validated treatment methods.

• Collaborate closely with interns and trainees, ensuring they complete all required documentation for their education and for compliance with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC).

• Facilitate ongoing training, workshops, and informational sessions aimed at interns and educational institutions to comply with current federal, state, and county guidelines.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate records for each intern, ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Evaluate intern performance and prepare necessary documentation for recognition and corrective actions.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments, providing guidance to ensure optimal programmatic outcomes.
\n
• Participate in the quality assurance and quality improvement efforts surrounding client records and documentation.
\n
• Engage in program meetings, training, and continue professional development to remain informed of best practices and regulatory updates.
\n
• Document clinical interactions within the AWARDS electronic health record system promptly and accurately.
\n
• Respond to client crises by providing immediate clinical consultation, whether in person or via phone.
\n
• Ensure a safe, tidy work environment and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population comprising adults, children, and families facing emotional and social challenges. The focus will be on delivering compassionate care to those in detox and recovery and integrating approaches that consider cultural and socioeconomic factors affecting mental health. You will play a critical role in improving clients' overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

• Must currently reside in the United States.
