This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from home while supporting students and staff in various educational settings around Chula Vista, California. With a focus on collaboration, you will engage with school personnel, families, and community resources to create an integrated support system for our clients. Utilizing our comprehensive electronic health records and telehealth platforms, you will document progress and adapt strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of your caseload.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments via virtual platforms to identify student strengths, challenges, and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the school environment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for students addressing social skills, anxiety, or trauma recovery, employing techniques that foster a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
