Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health, considering personal history, challenges, and life circumstances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral strategies and systemic frameworks.

• Lead individual therapy sessions with clients across all age groups to help them tackle diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relational dynamics.

• Regularly review clients’ progress through ongoing evaluations, adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a readiness to learn and use electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
