Duration: Temporary coverage, estimated credentialing time 90-120 days

Shift: Day shifts only (8, 10, or 12 hours)

Hours/Week: 40+

License/Certifications: Current NBCRNA certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience: Not accepting new graduates; required clinical experience as CRNA

What You'll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for adult and limited pediatric inpatient surgical procedures, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Provide preoperative assessments and patient education
• Administer anesthetics and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
• Respond to emergencies and assist in patient safety initiatives
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement efforts

What You Need

• Current NBCRNA certification and active state license in Michigan
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum 2+ years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia and patient management
