The Courtesy Officer plays an essential role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment within a commercial office or mixed use property. Serving as a front line presence, this position supports daily operations through security monitoring, customer service, and emergency response while helping protect people, property, and the overall tenant experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct routine patrols of the propertyMonitor security cameras and access pointsGreet visitors and assist tenants with access or inquiriesRespond to security incidents, alarms, and emergenciesEscort vendors and unlock authorized areas as neededDocument incidents, patrols, and observationsCoordinate with property management and emergency respondersEducation & TrainingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSecurity training or certification preferredFirst Aid and CPR certification preferredPrior experience in security, customer service, or law enforcement preferredKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of security systems and emergency proceduresAbility to remain calm, professional, and observant in high pressure situationsStrong attention to detail and written documentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Boxer Property Management Corp
