Events Coordinator — RSA Event (April 2027) Contract · Remote, must be located in San Francisco, Bay Area CA · $60/hour On behalf of our client, we are seeking an organized, proactive Events Coordinator to support planning and onsite execution for a small RSA event in April 2027. The ideal candidate has prior RSA event experience and can manage logistics from venue research through day-of coordination. Estimated Commitment Approximately 25 total hours, including pre-event planning and onsite event-day support. Key Responsibilities Before the Event: Research and recommend suitable venues in San Francisco. Coordinate venue selection, booking, contracts, and logistical details. Manage RSVP tracking. Coordinate event collateral needs, including banners, signage, and supporting materials. Build and maintain a detailed event checklist and run-of-show. Day of Event: Serve as the onsite event coordinator and primary point of contact. Oversee vendor coordination, setup, timing, and troubleshooting. Coordinate banner, signage, and collateral placement. Support execution of the event run-of-show and resolve logistics issues as they arise. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience coordinating small events at RSA Conference or comparable large-scale technology, cybersecurity, or industry conferences preferred. Strong venue research, vendor coordination, and event-logistics management skills. Experience managing RSVP lists and tools. Ability to create and manage detailed event plans, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents. Comfort serving as the onsite point of contact and resolving time-sensitive issues independently. Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail. Availability to work onsite in San Francisco on the event date on April 6, 2027. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Sage Group
