Visit our website: About the Role Join Zapata Private Wealth Group as a Client Service & Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and team. This dynamic position combines client interaction with essential administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage client communications and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate and schedule client appointments, meetings, and events. Assist in preparing client documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update client records in our database accurately. Provide administrative support to financial advisors and team members. Help streamline office operations and improve client service processes. Respond to client requests promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements 2+ years of experience in client service or administrative roles, preferably in finance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Positive attitude and a customer‑first mindset.
