Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions centered on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing intervention.

Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families for holistic care planning.

Provide education to patients and their families to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Assist in inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions as needed, ensuring patients receive consistent care.

Maintain precise documentation that adheres to regulatory standards set by state, federal, and the organization.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on innovative practices in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA certified.

State license to practice as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preference for a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.
