Top 15 National CPA & Advisory Firm A Top 15 national CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Senior Manager – Sales & Use Tax (SALT) to join its National Tax practice . This role offers high visibility, complex client work, and the opportunity to collaborate across a growing, forward‑thinking SALT platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Tax a plus) CPA, CMA, CMI, JD, or EA required 7+ years of progressive indirect tax experience , with emphasis on U.S. sales & use tax Strong experience with sales tax compliance software (Avalara preferred) Proven ability to research and resolve multi‑state sales tax issues Excellent client service, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tax research tools (CCH, RIA, etc.) Willingness to travel up to ~10% Location: Preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to one of the firm’s offices Flexibility: Due to the specialized nature of this role, fully remote candidates may be considered if they bring top‑tier Sales & Use Tax expertise and strong Avalara experience Salary range: $145,000 – $245,000 base , depending on experience Competitive discretionary bonus Generous PTO, expanded parental leave, and comprehensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
