Injection Molding Operator

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour with significant opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM | Full-time, 40 hours per week | Overtime as needed Location: Marshall, MI Type: Contract to Hire Build Your Career in Manufacturing Employment Group is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Operator for a manufacturing facility in Marshall, MI. Successful candidates will start as an Injection Molding Operator and, through training, skill development, and performance, can advance into a Setup Assistant role with increased responsibilities and higher earning potential. What You'll Do Operate injection molding machines in a safe and efficient manner. Assemble, inspect, and package molded parts according to quality standards and work instructions. Maintain accurate piece counts and scrap records. Assist with job setups and machine changeovers as training progresses. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Learn and support company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Participate in training designed to prepare you for Setup Assistant responsibilities. Support production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
