Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive - Austin, TX

We’re expanding into new markets, and seeking TPO Sales Executives (wholesale and mini correspondent) to help us bring that same trusted, boutique feel to new communities. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sales Executive, you are the primary relationship manager and trusted partner for our third party network. You'll play a key role in growing production, educating partners, and driving successful loan outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, owners, and loan officers within your assigned territory Prospecting and onboarding new broker and correspondent partners while expanding existing accounts Training broker partners on loan programs, guidelines, pricing, and the latest technology tools Serving as a subject‑matter expert on products, underwriting requirements, and market trends Collaborating closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, secondary) to ensure smooth, efficient transactions Actively growing your pipeline and book of business through strategic account planning and outreach Providing responsive, solution‑oriented support to help broker close more loans and grow their businesses But most importantly, you’ll be building something of your own— with a team behind you every step of the way.
