Project Manager

Project Manager Location: 11750 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079 Job Description Coordinate the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of projects, aligning closely with organizational strategies. Handle fulfillment of project requirements, adherence to timelines, achievement of financial targets, quality standards, and safety protocols. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, fostering relationships and collaboration. Implement company procedures and work instructions for Custom Designed Systems, maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating project status, and coordinating technical and engineering activities. Oversee contractual conditions, commercial and technical risks, budget monitoring, cost forecasting, and ensure full scope requirements including identification, documentation, verification, testing, and change control. Manage costing and pricing with cross‑functional teams, work with Sales on Variation Orders, and handle project closure activities such as invoicing, shipment, and lessons learned. Responsibilities Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to timelines and targets. Act as primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, fostering relationships and collaboration. Coordinate cross‑functional technical and engineering activities for timely task execution. Track commercial and technical risks, contractual conditions, and specifications. Ensure project requirements are met: identification, collection, analysis, documentation, verification, testing, and change control. Collaborate on costing, pricing, and variation orders with proposal, commercial, sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams. Handle project closure activities, including invoicing, system shipment, and lessons learned capture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or a related field and at least 4 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate related work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in each of the following: direct customer contact representing company interests, working with multidisciplinary engineering teams in the Oil and Gas industry for metering, sampling, or blending systems for hydrocarbon fluids; utilizing SAP and related software applications for project management, procurement, and financial tracking; and technical experience in flow measurement, product quality sampling, control systems integration, PLCs, instrumentation, and communication equipment. Travel International travel required up to 10%; domestic travel required up to 10% to engage with clients and support project requirements.
