Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA 2) – $19–$25/hr | Flexible Schedule | Benefits | San Marcos, TX

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Saturday, with flexible scheduling based on your availability (Saturday availability required)

You're the assistant who makes it all come together. You know what the doctor needs before they ask, you make patients feel cared for, and you keep your room ready for whatever comes next. At San Marcos Dental and Braces, that kind of skill gets noticed.

We're looking for an experienced RDA who's ready to step up and take ownership of their day. In this hands-on role, you'll move between chairside assisting, treatment prep, lab coordination, and documentation, while helping shape the next generation of assistants on our team.

What you'll do

• Assist chairside and keep procedures running smoothly and on time
• Prep treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and trays before each patient
• Assist with temp crowns and bridges, crown deliveries, nightguards, bleaching, and suture removals
• Take diagnostic X-rays and keep patient records, lab scripts, and case tracking accurate
• Help patients understand their treatment and feel confident in their care
• Support scheduling, re-care, and the daily flow of the clinic
• Maintain equipment, inventory, sterilization, and emergency supplies, and help close out each day
• Train and support newer assistants as they grow
