As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access procedures, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
