Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Response Patrol in Concord, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 07:00 PMTue01:00 PM - 07:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 07:00 PMSat01:00 PM - 07:00 PMSun01:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate hospital personnel and public emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and access-related questions while maintaining a professional presence. Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, following site-specific reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
