Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed CPR Preparedness Patrol in Concord, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. You will respond to security-related concerns, document activities, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

DayTimeWed07:00 AM - 01:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 01:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, escorts, and other access-control procedures in accordance with site policies.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
