Staff Accountant

A detail-oriented Staff Accountant who can bring a passion for organization and accounting to our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to learn, develop and prepare for future roles Your Talents: Preparation and analysis of journal entries and other tasks associated with month-end close Perform monthly, quarterly account reconciliations Complete monthly and ad hoc reports Reconcile daily cash, bank statements and assist with other treasury needs Identify fixed assets and use FA system to maintain records Support accounts payable Calculate and pay monthly sales and use tax payments Assist in completing business license and personal property taxes Provide support for annual external audit and routine accounting assignments as needed Ability to work independently, learn new systems/processes quickly, prioritize tasks/assignments, and establish best practices Your Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required Experience preferred but not required Strong organization and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft and Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) What We Offer: Competitive paid time‑off program Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits 401K Development and Growth Opportunities Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and perform functions necessary to work on a computer.
