Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice – Wilmerding, Pennsylvania. Ongoing position with 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, Staff employment type. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered hospice care in home settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families throughout the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Apply critical thinking to solve problems in real time and maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently while remaining part of a supportive team. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory, spending approximately 20% of the day on travel. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive to patient locations. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
