Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Duquesne, Pennsylvania. The role provides end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Monroeville, PA area and offers a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key milestone accomplishments. Position Details Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour shifts) Employment Type: Staff Location: Duquesne/Monroeville, PA What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, while maintaining the support of the team. RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you work. At least two years of RN experience, with clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; Hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
