2026-2027 Assistant Principal Creedmoor Elementary, Creedmoor, Texas Starting Date: Immediately Job Description Assists the campus principal with directing and managing the instructional program, supervising operations and personnel at the campus level. Provides leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service and assists with monitoring compliance of district policies, success of instructional programs, and operations of all campus activities. Qualifications Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System (T-TESS) appraiser (or obtain within 90 days of employment) Successful fingerprint background check (non‑refundable fee approximately $50 paid by employee) Required Experience Three (3) years’ teaching and leadership experience Knowledge / Skills Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate campus functions Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data to make instructional decisions Major Responsibilities and Duties Professionalism The Educators' Code of Ethics is set forth in the Texas Administrative Code to provide rules for standard practices and ethical conduct toward students, professionals, school officials, parents, and members of the community.
