Director of Revenue Operations

As the first Director of Revenue Operations, this full-time remote position will build and scale the commercial operating foundation, managing systems, processes, and reporting to enable efficient execution and data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Key responsibilities Build and own the Revenue Operations function, including processes, systems, reporting, and operating cadence across the commercial organization Own pipeline management and forecast production, partnering with executive leadership to develop board-ready presentations and strategic reports Establish scalable deal desk processes and manage recurring commercial operating cadences, including pipeline and forecast reviews Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a healthcare tech startup environment Demonstrated experience in CRM administration and optimization, preferably with HubSpot Proven track record in building forecasting processes and pipeline management frameworks Deep understanding of commercial operating models and revenue lifecycle management Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with strong executive presence
