Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help to support a professional environment for patients and healthcare personnel. Support incident response by communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or medical staff during alarms, medical events, or other urgent situations in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
