Dental Assistant Company: Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Location: Post Falls, ID (Must travel between all office locations, including Hayden) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) plus additional bonus opportunity Schedule: 32-36 hours per week 7:10 am to 5:20 pm Monday-Friday (No Weekends) Role Requirement: This is a full-time position that requires prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience and a mandatory willingness to travel between all of our office locations (including Post Falls and Hayden). (Prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience is required). Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel between all clinic locations. Certifications: Active BLS/CPR Certification. Software: Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental is a major plus!). Mindset: A team player with excellent communication skills, a willingness to grow, and someone who completely aligns with our mission, vision, and values. Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Pediatric Chairside Care: Assist the pediatric dentist during clinical procedures with a high level of efficiency and a gentle touch. Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting operations across all office locations as scheduled. Patient Comfort: Use kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties and create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and their families.
