Performance Contracting Group in San Diego is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to cultivate client relationships, drive growth, and promote PCI’s services at industry events. This role collaborates with estimating, operations, and marketing to pursue opportunities, prepares proposals, and maintains a strong client alignment log. Travel to client sites is expected.
