Associate Software Engineer - Test & Verification

Associate Software Engineer – Test & Verification Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking an Associate Software Engineer – Test & Verification in Hazelwood, MO for the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land‑Attack Missile program. Position Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain tests in a .Net Framework and .Net 8/10 environment. Create test plans and cases based on program requirements. Execute manual exploratory testing. Write automation scripts to automate testing efforts. Document identified defects in a bug tracking system and verify implemented fixes. Track quality assurance metrics (defect density, open defects, time to resolution, etc.). Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. Ability to meet DoD 8140 Program Foundational qualifications. 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance. Proficiency with modern scripting or programming language(s) (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, .Net, etc.). Strong analytical skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 2+ years of related work experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of directly related work experience; OR 10+ years of related, relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree earned in one of the following concentrations: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. SSCP (ISC2), GSEC (GIAC), CompTIA PenTEST/eJPT, CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst), CISSP and/or CASP+. 1+ years of unit test development experience. 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps. Experience with test automation development. Pay & Benefits We offer competitive base pay ranging from $70,000 to $86,000, variable compensation opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work.
