A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Chandler, AZ

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will:

Required Qualifications:

• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where none exists
• Expertise in requirements analysis and translation into execution plans
• Deep experience with Agile (JIRA and Confluence) delivery frameworks and Jira tooling
• Advanced skills in Excel-based planning, modeling, and tracking
• Proven ability to design scalable documentation and delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $68 - $73 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
