Assistant Project Manager

Job Description Description Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals. Ensure that the subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. Identify subcontractor non‑compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution. Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. Schedule and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work. Communicate issues of non‑compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling. Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner. Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. Basic computer skills as it relates to entering time and communication by email. Preferred ‑ Successfully completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30‑hour courses. Plus- computerease and smartsheets Software: procore, microsoft office and autodesk build Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
