Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients, promoting an atmosphere conducive to open communication and emotional safety.

• Assess and identify mental health issues, with emphasis on developing comprehensive treatment plans for individuals and families.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on the unique needs of each client to ensure effective outcomes.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, each facing a unique set of challenges ranging from relationship issues to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. As an LMFT at Beyond Psychology, you will work closely with individuals and families, employing evidence-based therapies to foster resilience and recovery. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong therapeutic skills and a compassionate demeanor suitable for working with clients in distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
