Luxury Custom Home Project Manager
Lead ground-up luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors. Oversee and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery. Drive quality, safety, and overall project execution standards.
A West Palm Beach-based luxury custom home builder specializing in high-end residential construction, renovations, and historic restorations. The firm takes a full-service, design-build approach and is known for craftsmanship, transparency, and delivering architecturally refined homes across South Florida's most prestigious markets.
The successful applicant will have 5-7+ years of experience in construction project management, proven experience delivering ground-up custom homes, strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, and be self-motivated, growth-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
$125K-$150K base salary + bonus + profit sharing (total comp $200K+). Vehicle allowance. 401k with 4% match. Strong culture with training, events, and unique perks (sporting events, outings, partnerships).
