In this highly visible role,you’llcollaborate with Firm leaders, service line, and industry partners todevelop anddrive the growth strategy agenda forourLouisvillepracticethat servesmiddle-market, private equity backed and public companies.We'relooking for a results-driven, market-facingpartner who will contribute to expanding the practice by using their strong professional network presence,and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders. Exceptional business development experience and client relationship skills are necessary. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of middle market commercial industrieswhich may includeIndustrials & Consumer Goods(manufacturing, distribution, retail),Technology,and/orPrivate Equity.This position will be based inLouisville, and a strong existing network in Louisville is required.Limited travel should be expected. Your key responsibilities will include: Consistentlygrowthepracticethroughexpansionofservicestoexistingclients, cross selling with other advisory practices,andobtainingnewclients. Serve as the face of the Firmto the local marketteam andthe localmarketplace Executethe Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for theLouisvilleauditpractice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan. LeadMarket execution of Firm strategy and goals through reinforcement of Firm Vision Model and champion of Firm’s shared values Ensure proper communication flow to the market related to Firm initiatives Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technicalexpertise. Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Masters preferred. Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license. Minimum of 15 years’ experience with a large local,regionalor national public accounting firm. Demonstrated experience in driving growth and building an office, practice, industry group, service line or similar. Ability to drive success through the influencing of Partnersand staff.
