Senior Paralegal- Investment Funds
150-170K, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Senior Paralegal to their Investment Funds Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys on the formation, maintenance, and administration of investment funds.
- Prepare and review fund-related legal documents, agreements, filings, and organizational materials.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance matters related to investment management and private funds.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, fund administrators, and other third parties.
- Maintain fund records, closing documents, and transaction databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of paralegal experience, with significant experience supporting Investment Funds, Asset Management, Private Equity, or related financial services practices.
- Strong knowledge of investment fund structures, fund formation, ongoing fund administration, and related legal documentation.
- Experience supporting complex fund launches, transactions, closings, and regulatory matters.
- Strong experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining fund agreements, organizational documents, regulatory filings, and closing materials.
