Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager: Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash flow processes. Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals. Support project costing, profitability analysis, and revenue recognition activities. Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting controls and compliance. Ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX-related accounting requirements. Qualifications for the Accounting Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred but not recquired. MUST have strong Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems.
