Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate their physical abilities and limitations, utilizing standardized tests and subjective feedback.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training to address specific patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet established goals.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and correct use of assistive devices to encourage independence and promote health literacy.
• Collaborate daily with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a coordinated approach to care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient care protocols based on the latest clinical research.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
