Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating therapeutic conversations, guiding clients through their concerns, and ultimately helping them achieve their personal goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, effectively addressing a range of concerns including marital issues, grief, trauma, and family conflicts.

• Specializing in family dynamics and providing strategies for communication improvement, conflict resolution, and emotional support.
\n
• Assessing clients' needs using comprehensive intake processes, and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary, and documenting sessions properly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse client population that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Key areas of focus include:

• Addressing issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and loss.

• Assisting families and couples in navigating conflicts, including communication difficulties and adjustment issues during separation or divorce.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
