Front Desk Worker (Temporary)-1

Job Overview The temporary Front Desk Worker position will be responsible for meeting prospective students and other visitors who come to the Office of Admissions and coordinating their visit, with assistance as necessary from Admissions Officers. As time permits, the Front Desk Worker may also be required to assist with office organizational matters to prepare for the next academic year (inventorying supplies, etc.). Work Interactions The Front Desk Worker will be the first point of contact for prospective students and other visitors to the Office of Admissions. The worker will coordinate basic visits, receiving training from the Manager of JD Operations, and will work with Admissions Officers on more complicated visits. Qualifications Some high school education and prior paid or volunteer work in a public‑facing position. Work Mode Designation This position has been designated as On-Campus . Work mode designations are periodically reviewed and may be changed as needed.
