Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, providing tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary staff to develop and execute individualized treatment plans, ensuring integration and coordination of care.

• Implement crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients facing immediate mental health challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are thoroughly recorded.

Qualifications\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
