Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as well as family counseling, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans, adapting strategies as needed to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services and facilitate appropriate referrals to ensure clients receive the additional support they require.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records and documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and the integrity of clinical data.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
