Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions applying evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, incorporating achievable goals and tailored interventions.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Document client interactions and treatment approaches in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to empower clients and build community support networks.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients and families grappling with issues linked to end-of-life care, including grief, loss, and complex emotional responses during this transitional phase. You will work with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family, fostering an environment of empathy and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
