Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients facing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Participate actively in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and satisfying the evolving needs of our clients.

• Maintain consistent documentation and timely submission of reports in line with organizational expectations.

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned to provide necessary support during and after program hours.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to working with diverse populations, particularly in underserved communities. Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
